The project is aimed at improving the skills and education of SMEs current and future employees in the field of online marketing. After this course, employees have more competencies and better bargaining power with companies providing services in the field of online marketing.

Adult education is a practice in which adults engage in systematic and sustained self-educating activities in order to gain new forms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, or values. To keep up with modern technologies are the key for adults to be successful in the labor market. Online marketing is an important tool for small and medium enterprises to be competitive in the market. For experts from this area, they need to hire younger people they had a chance to study it already within the traditional system. This project gives an opportunity for adults to self-improve their competences in online marketing and be able to get trained in this field.
The project focuses on the development of knowledge and competencies in the field of online marketing for small and medium enterprises.
Improvement of business skills in online marketing for small and medium enterprises - the main intellectual output of this project is done directly by self-education through the Moodle platform using the educational self-study course or indirectly through educational institutions by 3-days workshop organized by the educational institutions (or even college). These skills are important to keep and develop the competitiveness of SME in the field of online marketing. The project also aims from a wider perspective also to bring more adult students training.
Notwithstanding these facts, due to the interest of the projects’ target group, special motivational tools have to be applied to raise their attention and make them even enthusiastic about these topics.
Five Main Section of Course
1. TERMINOLOGY
The first section is based on finding a common dictionary between the client and the agency.
2. SITUATION
Analysing the current situation, defining mission and business goals is an important part of online marketing activities.
3. STRATEGY
Setting a strategy that fits your needs and the current situation is essential to success.
4. NEGOTIATION
Negotiating with an online marketing agency is an important part of the implementation and controlling process.
5. MEASURING AND CONTROLLING
Measurement and control are a parallel activity to all phases.

This course will not teach you to be an online marketing specialist in each area of online macro tools. By studing this course you will learn:

- Understanding of the online marketing terminology
- Create a brief for the online marketing agency

- Methods how to measure and evaluate results
- How to effectively reallocate resources
The Insom project is funded by the European Commission´s Erasmus + programme. The project started in September 2019 and lasts for 2 years. The main aim of the project is to create an educational platform for the SMEs employees (present or future) which helps them to increase their online marketing skills.
